Consider the following possibilities: After working hard to get a degree in business, you pass, and it turns out you find that you can not find jobs that match your degree. You keep looking for work for about 3 months, but then you run out of money. Because it is so difficult to get a job, you’re willing to work as a waitress at a local restaurant.

Two years passed and the economy improved, and the job you are looking for was available. Unfortunately, your title is 2 years old now, and you are competing with those who have just graduated (whose knowledge is still fresh). Two years as a waitress at the restaurant, and even if you do it very well, apparently not a good experience for the job you want.

Consider the elements of personal excellence and what can you apply to the element of competitive advantage. As an employee, the expertise and capabilities that you offer is your personalized product. Note the first three elements in the list, “How do I use it at school, and in class Management Information Systems – to create new skills, to align what I have, and to distinguish it from the competition?” Oh yes, you will enter the national market or internationally. Your competitors are not only from students in your classroom, but also students from across the region, and of any currently teaches Management Information Systems.

If the user is happy with the system you are offering, what characteristics make you the skills to be very useful? Can you get a job to be an expert in the field of this system? Become an expert user who is not only open up many opportunities for you to get a job, but also increase barriers to entry for others who are competent to get a job. Also, you can offer to improve the existing system at the company, then use your skills to get jobs in the system as a continuation of your work.

Those working in the field of Human Resources is usually said that building a network is one of the most effective way to find a job. How can you use this to establish cooperation with other students? Does your class have a website? Is there an email to students in your class? What about the Facebook group? How you can take advantage of all of this to develop your network in the process of finding a job? Who in your class who already have a job that you desire or are currently working an internship in that field? Could these people give you an idea or opportunity on the job you are looking for these?

Do not limit your job search just in the local area only. Look for other regions where employment opportunities are widely available. How can you find a student organization in the region? Look for websites related to Management Information Systems courses in other areas and create a network with these students. Discover what opportunities exist in other cities.

Finally, as a student of Management Information Systems, also think about how your knowledge can be useful to save costs for your employees? Moreover, see if you can make a proposal that could actually save money for those who hire you. Basic core of this thinking is the fact that the application of Management Information Systems can be intensified even more money as compensation for salaries paid to you.

The truth is, there are few ideas that you present to the management can be applied in a pragmatic and useful. The fact is that you are someone who thinks creatively and indicate that you have the initiative to solve real business problems exist. Keep thinking about how you can get advantage and increase your personal competence.

Living a life as a human being is the greatest blessing from God and therefore it is crucial that we are always grateful for what God has given us. Remember the fact that we are here because God has created us.

Remember also that life is short. The average human life on this earth about is about 70 years. You live past 70 years old you are considered as blessed with long life.

As a human being, God has given you the ability think, see, hear, and feel. To live a life as a human being is the privilege, a greatest gift from God of the Universe.

We are expressing our gratitude for the opportunity to live as human beings by using the time God has given us in the best possible way. It is very important that we see time as the precious gift God. Time is your ultimate treasure from God which is even far more valuable than money. The effective strategy to lead a successful life is to apply the principles of focus, discipline and integrity in every of your activities.

Focus allows you to double the results. Focus is the discipline to ensure progress in your steps to success. You live in integrity by being honest to God, yourself, and fellow human beings. Humans who have high integrity will be respected in the eyes of God and man.

How do you express your gratitude toward God because He has given you the blessing of life as a human being? Use your time in the best way possible as your expression of love toward God, yourself, and fellow human.

You will be more effective in your life if you focus to use your time to get the highest value jobs done. Life on earth is the great gift from God that must be used well.

Each one of us have the same amount of time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days in a year. Then what are differences between success and failure?
